“Among the main requirements are proximity to work, a good neighbourhood, big elevators, big kitchens, transportation and reliable maintenance,” she said.

Located opposite the national Library, The Orion is a 36-storey condominium development that offers 202 private, exclusive and luxurious units with full facilities.

Developer Swasta Setia Holdings Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Zainuddin Mohd Radzi said the facilities included a jogging track, swimming pool, jacuzzi, driving range and squash courts.

“There will also be a children's playground, concierge and laundry services. Buyers are assure that the best security features will be installed,” he said.

“Substructure work on the project has started and the units are scheduled to be handed over to the owners by July 2006.”
